Village of Hobart

Situated between Howard and Ashwaubenon, Hobart consists of 33 square miles of wooded hillsides and flat terrain. Hobart’s 5,200 residents represent the highest median income of all municipalities in Brown County coupled with one of the lowest property tax rates. About 2/3 of the village consists of residential neighborhoods, limited commercial and industrial activity, and large areas of recreational land. Most homes are single-family, on lots greater than 1.5 acres.
