Culture

What is it like to live here?

It’s wonderful, namely because we have a zest for life! One thing you’ll quickly discover about Green Bay is just how open we are, so it’s easy to meet new people and make new friends.

We huddle up in the parking lot of Lambeau Field to grill up brats before a Packers game — even in sub-zero weather. We head off to festivals like International Bayfest and check out the bands, dance and eat local foods; and we celebrate our nationalities in dozens of different ways, great and small, such as Hmong New Year, the Rainbow Arts Children Festival, the Hispanic Information Fair and more.

But that’s only part of the story of Green Bay’s culture. We’re also a place of diversity, with respect for the traditions and needs of all races.

Yes, the culture in Green Bay is uniquely Green Bay. But it’s easy to join and be part of it. All you have to do is hurry up and get here.
