BUSINESS INCUBATOR

The Advance Business Development Center was among the first incubators in Wisconsin and is one of the most successful.

ABDC leases professional office and light manufacturing space to new and emerging, growth-oriented businesses. Tenants begin and grow their business while minimizing administrative costs by using the center’s many shared services including conference rooms, office equipment, loading dock and on-site business professionals to provide confidential advice.

Conveniently located on the campus of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, ABDC offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to collaborate with other growing small businesses while benefiting from the resources available through the Business Assistance Center partners also housed in the building.

CONVENTION FACILITIES

With all the options available to convention-goers, it’s no wonder the Greater Green Bay area has made a name for itself as the Midwest’s premier convention center. Options include downtown Green Bay’s KI Convention Center with 46,000 square feet of exhibition and meeting space and 600 guest rooms within walking distance. The 750-acre Fox Hills Resort features 45 holes of golf, swimming pools, fitness centers and spa.
